In partnership with Birmingham Mind we are delighted to host a FREE six week course on Building Up Emotional Wellbeing and Resilience. This course of six weekly evening sessions, starting on Weds 1st Feb at 6:30pm will improve your awareness and understanding about how to increase emotional wellbeing and resilience. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on what helps and hinders their own wellbeing and how they can work towards introducing tools and techniques that will increase their resilience and wellbeing in a more personalised way. By the end of the six sessions participants will come away with their own personalised wellbeing and resilience action plan.
